Warranties & Returns
At Cleva Technologies, LLC / Vector Climate we stand behind the craftsmanship and durability of our Spartan mobile cooling system. This warranty covers two main areas of the product, structural components and functional parts, with clear terms to protect our customers and ensure long-term satisfaction.
Lifetime Warranty – Structural Body Components
We offer a lifetime warranty on all molded plastic body components. These parts are guaranteed against chipping, cracking, and fading under normal use. This warranty remains valid for the lifetime of the product as long as the structural components have not been subject to impact, misuse, or physical damage. Our molded housings are designed to last indefinitely when properly handled and maintained.
Three-Year Warranty – Functional Components
All electrical components, including fans, pumps, connectors, and wiring harnesses, are covered under a three-year limited warranty from the date of original purchase. This warranty ensures functionality and reliability under regular operating conditions.
To qualify, the product must:
- Not be tampered with or repaired by unauthorized personnel
- Contain only authorized Cleva Technologies, LLC / Vector Climate replacement parts
- Remain unmodified from its original design
- Be registered by the original purchaser
- Include proof of purchase
Parts Replacement and Return Process
- If a covered defect occurs, Cleva Technologies, LLC / Vector Climate may choose to either provide replacement parts for customer installation or issue a replacement product of equal value.
- Any replacement parts carry a one-year limited warranty from the date of shipment.
- If parts are replaced under warranty, the original part must be returned to Cleva Technologies, LLC / Vector Climate for evaluation.
- Parts returned for credit or exchange must be unused, in original packaging, and received within 30 days of shipment.
Transportation Responsibility
Due to the large size and shipping costs associated with our products, all transportation costs related to warranty service, both to and from our facility, are the responsibility of the customer. This includes units sent in for inspection, repair, or replacement.
Warranty Claims Submission
All warranty claims must be submitted by email. Please include the product serial number, proof of purchase, photos (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue.

Delivering 12,500 CFM of airflow and reducing ambient temperatures by up to 25°, Spartan is built to handle the most intense conditions. It cools spaces up to 3,000 sq ft and supports flexible ducting for targeted airflow, offering unmatched versatility and control in large or complex environments.
The New Era of Cooling
Spartan is equipped with EcoDry™ Technology helps prevent harmful buildup and extend system longevity. The AutoDry Technology runs on low-power drying the evaporative media, maintaining cleanliness and optimal performance between uses.
An onboard computer constantly monitors the surrounding environment. When the desired cooling level is reached, Spartan automatically adjusts water usage to conserve energy and preserve the lifespan of the cooling media, delivering smarter performance with less waste.
Built-in sensors continuously monitor internal conditions and communicate system status through an intelligent LED indicator, helping protect and optimize performance while doubling as a customizable ambient light.

Spartan is compatible with MERV rated filtration equipped with 20″ x 20″ x 1″ Air Filters to help combat harmful air particles such as bacteria, tobacco smoke, and sneeze particles.
A built-in particle filter protects the system’s internal components by trapping dust and debris before it reaches the evaporative media, helping extend lifespan and maintain optimal performance in dusty or high-traffic environments.
