Cleva Technologies LLC/Vector Climate Products, Inc. (“Cleva Technologies LLC/Vector Climate”) warrants to the original end-purchaser in the United States that the parts (excluding evaporative media pads) in each new mobile evaporative cooler will be free from defects in material or workmanship for one full year from the date of purchase or delivery (whichever is later).

Because Cleva Technologies LLC/Vector Climate cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized or third-party sellers, this Limited Warranty applies only to coolers purchased from Cleva Technologies LLC/Vector Climate or an authorized seller in the United States, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Any cooler that has been resold or is no longer in possession of the original purchaser is expressly excluded from warranty consideration.

Coverage is limited to the original purchaser with proof of purchase, covering defects in material and workmanship under normal use. All warranty service will be coordinated by Cleva Technologies LLC/Vector Climate at our service center located in Pompano Beach, FL.

What Is Not Covered

• Damage/malfunctions sustained from normal wear and weathering (such as rusting), use in commercial applications, improper assembly, unauthorized modifications, accidents, and acts of God
• Loss of time, inconvenience, or loss of use of product
• Labor costs associated with installation, troubleshooting, or repairs (under warranty or not)
• Consumable parts (such as media pads and/or filters)
  Returns or claims for units that have been used for a one-time event or short-term use
• Products that have been resold, transferred, or purchased second-hand

Transportation Responsibility
Due to the large size and shipping costs associated with our products, all transportation costs related to warranty service, both to and from our facility, are the responsibility of the customer. This includes units sent in for inspection, repair, or replacement.

Damaged Shipments
Cleva Technologies LLC/Vector Climate is not responsible for damaged shipments, delays, or shortages caused by carrier mishandling. Inspect all shipments thoroughly before accepting. If carrier-inflicted damage is observed, notify your seller and/or carrier immediately to file a freight claim.

At Cleva Technologies LLC/Vector Climate’s sole discretion, mobile evaporative coolers under warranty will be repaired and/or replaced at no charge to the customer. Proof of purchase, the product’s serial number, and photos of the defective part will be required before warranty service is rendered. Costs incurred in providing these items are the customer’s responsibility. Do not mail or return your Vector Aero or Aero Pro unless instructed to do so. In limited cases, Cleva Technologies LLC/Vector Climate may require the equipment to be shipped to our Pompano Beach facility. Returns require a pre-approved RMA; the unit must be sent via prepaid shipment/freight in original packaging, and will be repaired at the company’s sole discretion.

Limitations
There are no warranties beyond those stated herein. Any implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this Limited Warranty.

Under no circumstances shall Cleva Technologies LLC/Vector Climate be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages based on breach of warranty, contract, or strict liability. In no event will Cleva Technologies LLC/Vector Climate be liable for any direct losses, costs, or damages that exceed the purchase price of the product. The purchaser assumes all risks in the assembly and operation of this product.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
